You can return or replace the items ordered up to 14 days from delivery by completing the online return form. Once completed, you will receive the receipt by email to be printed and inserted in the package.
Within 14 days of the return request, send the order at your expense to Milor Spa – Via dei Gracchi 35 – 20146 Milan, attaching the receipt of the request.
Upon receipt of your package, we will send you a refund confirmation email which you will receive within 14 days of the return acceptance date.
